What do we have to bring as a stall holder?

Sustainable Fashion Market does not supply any furniture for set up including, but not limited to, racks, tables, chairs, POS equipment etc.
These all need to be supplied by the stall holder. The fee associated with securing a stall only includes a space in the market. Bump in time is approximately 7:30am (dependent on stall size) and bump out is by 5pm. You are more than welcome to bring up to 2 friends to help you with stall set up who do not need to purchase tickets.

Tickets

Tickets for the Burnside market are FREE but must be reserved via Eventbrite. You may experience a wait time as there is a capacity of 400 people allowed within Burnside Ballroom at one time and pre-reserved ticket holders will have priority to enter first.

Refund policy

Refunds are only permitted when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Sustainable Fashion Market strictly does not offer ticket refunds or stall reimbursements for any other reason.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes! The Flour Shed @ Harts Mill and Burnside Ballroom has wheelchair access at the entry and exit points. There are also accessible bathrooms onsite.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately our furry friends are not allowed inside The Flour Shed or Burnside Ballroom but they are more than welcome to stay outdoors.
